Fun in the Sun with Toon Tiki by Watertoys2U in Orange Beach

Last weekend the Girls on the Gulf enjoyed a gorgeous afternoon on the water with our friends and family and our captain, Jackson.

From the moment you meet the Watertoys2U team, you feel welcomed and at ease. Ric Overstreet, owner of Watertoys2U, and his team take care of all the logistics for you and allow you to truly relax and enjoy your day out on the water. The process was easy. We parked our cars at Gulf Coast Rental Company and hopped in the air-conditioned shuttle to be dropped by the crew at the Cotton Bayou Public Boat launch.

Once on the water, we soaked up the sun, cruised around the islands and Ono, explored some off-the-beaten path waterways, and enjoyed the gorgeous Alabama Gulf coast scenery. The perk of having a captain is that every member of our party can truly relax and responsibly enjoy some adult beverages! It’s hard to top their customer service and experience provided. We had an amazing day making memories on the water, and we highly recommend this experience.

Our adventure was on board the 24-foot Tiki Toon, which is a tritoon with a 140-horsepower motor, that makes for a comfortable, smooth and stable ride. The boat is spacious and features a shaded, gorgeous red cedar bar with four swivel barstools, a bunny pad for laying in the sun, and the cutest tiki thatched roof. There’s even a bathroom on board! You can book two, three, or eight-hour trips, and the captained boats comfortably hold up to six guests. If you choose to book the Tiki Toon without a captain, the boat can hold up to 12 guests. All fuel is provided in the cost of the rental as well. The Watertoys2U crew leaves out no detail – they even provide cups and ice for your favorite beverages. Watertoys2U services the Orange Beach and Gulf Shores area but will go to Fort Morgan for eight hours rentals on the pontoons and toon tikis or weeklong rentals for all other items.
